I worked on several different projects in which culture was what represented the main roadblock or the main facilitator. If we then look at the web, cultural aspects certainly reflect on social media communication. Online communities have different cultures. I'm not sure about measurement. It depends what we want to measure about it. But what I find particularly interesting is 'how' different cultures get together, communicate and grow within the same online community.
